As a Project Manager you will:
Guide cross-functional project teams through our companies' Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments and operational process improvements critical to the organization's revenue generation long-term strategy plan
Define, scope, analyze and prioritize complex, global problems and work in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and follow through all facets of program work
Develop and execute program plan including project schedules with dependencies and critical path
Manage program portfolio and facilitate prioritization and sequencing of work within the project/program
Report on the projects and program progress and manage stakeholder communication and engagement
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
Bachelor Degree + 5 years Project Management Experience or equivalent
Certification: Project Manager Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent
A well-developed project management toolkit in both Waterfall and Agile methodology and experience with program and portfolio management tools (Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA or Azure DevOps)
Demonstrated capability to successfully lead projects and/or programs
Experience with implementation of Oracle ERP Solutions
Ability to successfully challenge and influence project senior stakeholders and leadership
Location: Hanover, NH or Kent, WA
Travel: 25% to Hypertherm offices

Base Compensation Range for this position (Grade 22) is $98,383 - $163,972
Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20%

$101,334.00-$168,891.16 Annual This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
