DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate need for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience for our Philadelphia office. We are looking to work with an associate who is ready, willing and able to take charge of cases, take an active role in developing and implementing legal strategy and takes pride in delivering exceptionally thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning. This position offers the opportunity for client interaction, on-your-feet court experience, taking and defending depositions, as well as researching and writing motion and briefs. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and previous experience litigating in state and/or federal courts. PA Bar required.
