Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Procurement Analyst in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for day-to-day procurement activities


• Requisition to Purchase Order and Change Order processing


• New vendor onboarding and preferred supplier business reviews


• Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communication status updates to business partners and internal clients regarding contractual issues


• Communicating P2P policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in Accounting and Procurement


• Experience with ERP systems


• Strong Excel skills


• Strong communciation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
