Kforce's client, a leading & rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Marketing Director in Secaucus, NJ. Summary:
The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in our marketing department, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition, enhancing brand recognition, and overseeing a range of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals
Lead and manage a team of two to three marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new patients and enhance brand visibility
Utilize a range of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods
As a Marketing Director, you will monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns including creating reports for management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2C multi-brand environment out of a healthcare or medical/dental industry is strongly preferred
Experience with tools such as Pipedrive, Ortto, DOMO, Google Ads, and Meta business suite is preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing the data to determined what worked & what didn't work
Expert Proficiency in digital organic marketing such as SEO, Email Marketing, Content marketing and Social Media Marketing (must have)
Proficiency in paid digital marketing such as SEM, EMM
Proficiency in MS Office; Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Very strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Willingness to work occasional OT during crunch time and occasional weekends (approximately 5 weekends/year for events as needed to support marketing activities)
Ability to travel about 20% of the time to offices in Northern NJ & Eastern PA
Spanish language proficiency a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
