RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a global privately owned pharmaceutical company in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst due to expansion. They offer great benefits and a flexible work environment. The Senior Financial Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director FP&A Americas.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Financial Analyst will support P&L, BS, CF long and short-term planning process


• Leading role in the creation of Monthly Management Reports for Executive Management


• Analyze financial statements, report, research and analyze variances and document drivers


• Develop financial models and create reporting packages for various department heads


• Support of cost savings initiatives


• As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management


• Lead improvement projects to enhance efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration


• 3-7 years of Accounting or Finance experience


• Must be proficient in SAP, BPC, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas)


• Self-driven and able to excel with limited supervision


• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment


• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills


• Willing to commit to long hours of work when necessary


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
