Our client is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager in Miami, FL.


Role Description


• Manage project activities in relevant areas, ensuring successful execution.
• Create project plans, milestone lists, and lessons learned documents.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT management team.
• Prioritize projects and assemble necessary resources for successful project delivery.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Track progress at each step and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage time-sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain project documents and ensure effective data management.
• Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies as needed.
• Provide cross-functional data support as required.
• Execute, monitor, and control technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Communicate accurate project accomplishments and overall health to stakeholders.
• Use status reports, metrics, and other methods to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure timely approvals and adherence to corporate and department standards.
• Review technical artifacts and project deliverables.
• Manage technical vendor teams and review their deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and track the status of migration jobs (workflows, mappings, and sessions).
• Maintain schedules for bundled applications.


Skills & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare IT projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
