This GC has been around for 25+ years in the Atlanta area specializing in Higher Ed, Commercial and Multifamily projects across the SE. They are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to lead a team of 4+ to bid on a wide array of projects.



What you'll need to succeed



Ideally you should have at least 5-8+ years of experience working for a GC and estimating projects around $50-100m. Preferred experience in Bluebeam, Onscreen and Procore.



What you'll get in return
