HAYS has partnered with a National Real Estate owner and operator that is looking for a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the operations on a Class B 400-unit garden style property in Littleton, CO.
Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the following...
Oversee team and general administrative functions of property.
Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication for all residents.
Coordinate with residents and maintenance teams for all maintenance related issues.
Collect monthly fees and maintains records of payment and rental activity.
Keep track of financial reporting and budgeting for property.
Formulate strategies to address occupancy and delinquency.
What you'll need to succeed
3 - 5 years of experience in residential property management.
Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
Strong experience in management of teams, around 10 - 15 direct reports.
Excellent communication skills.
Impeccable customer service skills.
Prior leadership experience.
