You will be joining a commercial general contractor with over 35 years of experience. Their Projects include: commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, technology and energy facilities, hospitality, interiors. With over 55M sq.ft. of their projects have been delivered to fortune 500 businesses. You will be joining a solid culture where the average tenure is around 10 years.



Your new role


As Superintendent you will be responsible for supervising the construction on the field to make sure the project is completed within budget and on schedule all in coordination with the Project Manager. You will need to provide leadership on site to manage the schedule, subcontractors, safety and more. Experience working with RFIs, submittal, scheduling and reading plans is a must have.



What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of construction experience
  
  


• Experience with high-end interiors or ground-up commercial projects
  
  


• Solid communication skills
