Hays has partnered with a retail real estate developer who own and operate retail throughout SoCal. My client is looking to hire a Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts in the outdoor retail space.
Your new role
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our outdoor retail products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
Proven experience as a marketing leader in the outdoor retail industry (Preferred).
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
