Your new role-



As a Superintendent you'll be expected to manage self perform crews and subcontractors on both public and private projects. Must have experience with Asphalt/Paving on Heavy Highway and Roadway projects.



What you'll need to succeed-



• 2-4+ years of relatable Superintendent experience


• Experience primarily on Roadway / highway projects both public and private


• Superintendent familiar with FDOT construction projects, specifically Asphalt Paving and grading


• Experience managing self perform crews and subcontractors


• Site clearing, underground utility experience a bonus
