Your new role
- Oversee construction process on all assigned projects
- Project buyout (scope, negotiate and contract subcontractors)
- Managing project budgets
- Qualifying bids
- Scheduling
- Risk assessment and overall quality and performance in the field
- Reporting project progress to upper management and clients
- Review and submit project specific submittals
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of experience as a PM preferred
- New Construction and Renovation Experience
- Ability to understand plans, scopes and buyout of projects
- Energetic, Hardworking, Self-Motivated
