Job Summary





  • The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the pharmacy department including purchasing, scheduling and personnel issues of the pharmacy staff.

  • In collaboration with the pharmacy management team, develops and implements clinical and distributive processes that are aimed at improving pharmacy services while maximizing staff output and procedure.

Education Requirements



  • Doctorate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree


Experience



  • Relevant Experience


Certification and Licensure



  • Pharmacist License (PA Pharmacy License must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
