The Project Management Functional Expert position is designed to accelerate change within the US MW Sales business unit by owning change management for significant projects. This associate is responsible for change implementation on solutions that will drive simplification via technology in support of US MW Sales. Throughout the lifecycle of key programs this associate will provide support for or own the change management process utilizing Mars BIC processes. The Project Management Functional Expert will also play a significant role in presenting project vision throughout the organization.

What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Previous change management experience

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT)

  • Demonstrates strong analytical, business acumen and technical ability.

  • Strong Communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortability around senior leadership

  • Stakeholder management

  • Willingness to travel (up to 10% of time)

What would be your key responsibilities?


  • Works in conjunction with project owners to ensure strong change management practices are implemented.

  • Owns creation and documentation of change management processes.

  • Serves as change management resource across US MW Sales.

  • Ensure change excellence for supported tools and processes.

  • Partner with product owner to document and prioritize the change management roadmap.

  • Establish and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor performance to provide feedback to field and internal teams on such areas as opportunities, potential issues, learning/observations/analysis and deliver recommended solutions.

  • Support day to day relationships between project team members and end users.

  • Connect and communicate learning to peers and the Lead in support of best practice development and sharing across the business.

  • Lead/Participate on small project teams and ad hoc assignments as needed.

  • Provide project visibility and enable prioritization within the sales infrastructure team
