Job Description:

As a key member of the Digital & eCommerce team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly diverse team driving one of the leading Life Science eCommerce businesses in the world. This role is a unique blend of strategy and operations, with responsibility for both delivering near-term revenue targets and operational metrics, as well as setting long-term strategy and identifying growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, possessing a blend of skills including a strong operational backbone, crisp business acumen, technical knowledge, and digital expertise. This position will also be a valued member of the B2B Solutions eCommerce leadership team contributing to overall channel growth and strategy. Reporting to the Head of B2B Solutions the Head of Catalog will work across multiple teams and global functions to respond to customer demand, monitor progress, as well as a build a foundation for future growth. The successful candidate will:Demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing the performance and development of a global team of eCommerce subject matter experts.Possess a data-driven mindset, measuring efficiency and effectiveness across all stages of operations within their scope, seeking out KPIs and implementing measurement plans.Be a thought leader by staying up to date on current trends, new technologies, and market insights. Analyze and understand channel dynamics within the procurement market, understanding growth levers and where to invest and focus resources.Be obsessed with the life science customer and their journey through our digital ecosystem.Dive deep into the analytics of customer problems while being able to zoom out and connect with the overall B2B strategy.Work with numerous internal stakeholders to challenge the status quo of current business processes and find solutions to complex problems. Display exceptional stakeholder management skills working across the globe with cross-functional software development, commercial, IT, ERP, data, and pricing teams to solution/solve customer requirements. Establish and leverage relationships within Data & Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Engineering, and B2B to advocate for your customers.



Who you are:




Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, data science, science, or related discipline.5+ years of experience in the digital, eCommerce, or life science industry.3+ years of people management experience leading globally dispersed teams.



Preferred Qualifications:



Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record of developing and implementing business cases, MBA preferred.10+ years working in consulting, digital marketing, eCommerce, or similar industry in global roles responsible for driving quantifiable results.Proven ability using tools like Tableau or BigQuery to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets to make data-driven decisions.Experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to identify trends, make recommendations, and derive future growth tactics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the rationale and benefits of a proposed solution to decision-makers.Experience in highly matrixed global organizations with the ability to direct stakeholders through influence.Knowledge of procurement dynamics that drive online sales in a B2B environment, experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
