Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Manufacturing Operations Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee safe, high-quality staging, manufacturing, packaging, and product transfer.
- Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scheduling, procurement, etc.) to streamline production processes.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for new product development and process revisions.
- Develop and maintain performance tracking systems to monitor key metrics (production volume, waste reduction, etc.).
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to all company policies and regulations (HACCP, health & safety).
- Motivate and empower a team of production staff to achieve peak performance.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting effective problem-solving and teamwork.
- Manage and maintain production facilities, ensuring proper equipment function and a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage day-to-day production floor operations.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across departments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
