Salary: $180,000.00 USD Annually - $225,000.00 USD Annually

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- General Responsibilities: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring associate satisfaction and motivation.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of processing associates.
- Promote safety and quality standards to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of beef further processing operations, from receiving raw materials to final product packaging.
- Implement and optimize production processes to meet quality, quantity, and timeline goals, while respecting corporate culture and values.
- Monitor production metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Oversight of beef raw material procurement and vendor relationships.
- Responsibility for ensuring that specifications are consistently reviewed and performance audited.
- Partner with internal resources to develop and manage the budget for the beef further processing operations in multiple locations.
- Control costs, reduce waste, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase product quality.
- Oversight in ensuring that the Maintenance operations team is functioning effectively within a high redundancy and uptime environment.
- Assist in implementing data driven preventative maintenance procedures to extend the life of machinery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agri-Business or related field
- (Required) 10+ years of experience in large beef slaughter or further processing operations
- (Required) 5+ years of experience leading others, ideally large teams
- Excellent knowledge of meat industry and USDA regulations, and safety standards
- Proven leadership of team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CA driver's license in good standing
