Job Description:

Location: Malvern, PA

Description: Our large, FINTECH client is currently seeking a Technical Writer (Contract/Onsite 5 days) to work onsite in Malvern, PA!


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high quality and user-friendly documents and manuals for end users such as user guides, service guides, and online help


• Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in the Workplace Services knowledge base by collaborating with process owners across applicable support teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• One to three years of professional writing experience with demonstrated excellence in writing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word: preferred knowledge of ServiceNow
