The Regional Manager of Facility Security will develop and implement effective physical security strategies and procedures across North America to safeguard our organization's assets, employees, and visitors.

Primary Duties
Lead the standardization of all aspects of physical security for all sites in North America and Canada (currently, approximately 90 sites)
Perform Risk Assessments to determine risk level and corresponding security measures necessary for protection
Be proficient in physical security technology systems and software
Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, industry best practices, and internal security standards
Assist with security vendor RFP's and manage vendors across the region
Assist with the development of security culture by encouraging reporting of any suspicious activity, dangerous situations, and any other violations of the Code of Conduct
Monitor and evaluate the performance of security staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols and conducting training, as necessary
Provide metrics for executive-level dashboards and presentations
Collateral Duties
Collaborate and partner with multiple teams across the business to create solutions for enhancing access control, video management, alarm systems, visitor management, and incident/ emergency response
Build a security environment of protecting people, assets, and reputation through incident prevention, intelligence sharing, training of stakeholders, and incident resolution
Contribute to the management of crisis response, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs for the enterprise
Assist, as necessary, to further PE's participation in Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Supply Chain Security program and initiatives
Responsible for assisting with investigations into reported incidents, analyzing findings, and presenting actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity at the Facility or Regional level.
Primary Duties
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred, not required)
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Associate Protection Professional, or Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred, not required
English required but many sites are in French speaking areas (French not required, but helpful)
10+ years of physical security experience with intimate familiarity of camera and access control systems
