In this role, you will plan and direct sales activities for the organization regarding setting goals, directing sales teams, performing sales forecasts, as well as achieving revenue maximization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate sales teams to meet departmental quotas.
Create sales campaigns and presentations for customers.
Develop professional relationships with customers to enhance the likelihood of repeat sales.
Find new markets to expand the sales territory.
Work with the necessary internal personnel to enhance sales activities.
Coordinate with the necessary departments to stay up to date on the latest product information such as specifications, modifications, new products, etc.
Travel to meet the needs of customers.
Participate in training as required.
Analyze the market and develop strategies to generate additional business for specific target markets.
Establish and monitor pricing based on competition and other market forces.
Negotiate with customers to construct contracts at the best price possible.
Construct sales forecasts.
Establish budget for divisions annually and report accordingly.
