Job Description:

Definition: As a part of the ATCAA team, the CSBG Coordinator plays an essential role in ATCAA as a whole. Under general supervision of the Executive Director, the CSBG Coordinator will coordinate with all members of the ATCAA Leadership Team to develop and implement Community Needs Assessments, Strategic Plan and Community Action Plan. The CSBG Coordinator will monitor and report agency compliance with CSBG Organizational Standards. The Coordinator will also work with agency directors to broaden the knowledge and use of ROMA principles and practices.
The CSBG Coordinator is also responsible for developing presentations to the ATCAA Board of Supervisors and will provide secretarial support to the Executive Director and serve as secretary to the ATCAA Board of Directors. While working directly with the Executive Director and ATCAA Board, he/she is also a communications link between the Executive Director and the Agency management team and works with the Fiscal Officer to ensure efficient and effective coordination of Administrative/Board business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Related to This Position:
CSBG Coordinator:
Establish intake and tracking database; compile data and report of phone log/walk-in tracking of front office client needs;Establish intake and tracking database; compile data and report of ATCAA client satisfaction surveys and ATCAA community needs surveys;Coordinate the development, implementation and updating of intake forms for all programs;Facilitate Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) programmatic reporting; collect, compile and draft the narrative, fiscal, National Performance Indicators, and demographic data required for the annual CSBG report;Facilitate and ensure the agencys compliance of the CSBG Organizational Standards; collect, compile and upload agency documents to California State Department of Community Services and Development (CSD);Working in conjunction with members of the ATCAA Leadership Team, the CSBG Coordinator will:
Guide staff in proper use of ROMA principles and practices;Coordinate the process of planning and developing the agencys community needs assessment;Coordinate the process of planning and developing ATCAAs Strategic Plan and Agency Goals;Coordinate the process of planning and developing the agencys CSBG Action Plan (CAP);Guide and support management in program planning, implementation and analysis of agency projects/services, as it relates to CSBG Strategic Plan and CAP.
Attend quarterly CSBG Advisory Meetings;Assist Executive Director in developing CSBG presentations to the Board and elsewhere.Assist Executive Director on special CSBG projects as needed.
Secretarial Support to ATCAA Board of Directors:
Provide support for the ATCAA & the Amador Tuolumne Community Resources (ATCR) Board of Directors in coordination with the Executive Director;Prepare Board meeting agenda packets and sets up Board meetings; record board meetings and prepare draft minutes;Maintain Board files and archives; disseminate information;Maintain logs, receipts, files, reports, and applications;Set up meetings, make travel arrangements, coordinate calendar as requested;Keep Executive Director apprised of Board-directed activities and communications;Keep abreast of public meetings act and assure compliance;Coordinate the board filings for the Fair Political Practices Commission other State and Federal filing requirements;Maintain Board contracts, reports, and correspondence; and support Board meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
Meet all federal/state licensing requirements and/or program requirements necessary for this position: possess a continuously valid California drivers license, an acceptable driving record, and fingerprint clearance;Ability to type accurately;Ability to follow directions with minimum of supervision;High level of organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;Experience and proficiency in desktop publishing and graphic design programs, word processing, spreadsheet applications, email, and Windows Operating System;Have experience or aptitude and willingness to learn cloud based systems; specifically Microsoft Office 365 and OnePoint (Human Capital Management);Ability to draft business procedures with editing and proofreading skills.

Experience in Project or Program managementExperience in developing PowerPoint chart presentationsExperience working with a Board of Directors of a public or private corporation;Experience working within a similar governmental public or non-profit community based agency.
