The Walmart Enterprise Collaboration Product team needs a detailed and high ownership engineer who can drive automation, process-improvement, and exercise good judgment. This role is responsible for ensuring that deployed SaaS products can safely and reliably scale to millions of users globally.



About Team:
Associate Digital Experience

The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) team manages IT infrastructure and internal-facing tools and applications. We support a large heterogenous enterprise environment that has Windows, MAC and Linux based end user systems and corporate network, server, and virtualization environments. The Associate Productivity and Collaboration team is a part of ADE team responsible for end-to-end support of collaboration platforms.



What you'll do:



Work on enterprise collaboration tools - MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Workplace from Facebook, or other SaaS or M365 products


Collaborate with users, business owners, stakeholders


Work with product engineering team and required stakeholders in testing, planning, rollout of products/tools to production


Make strategic decisions, and partner with team on developing roadmaps for the products


Diagnose, identify, and resolve the issues within the products/applications by working with support teams, and identify ways to proactively solve those issues in the future


Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for user experience of the tool


Own projects from end to end: discovery, scoping, design/engineering, execution, scaling/implementation, monitoring the change afterwards


Partner with other internal teams to enable application-layer implementations on top of SaaS products


Publish authoritative support documentation to assist onsite staff with solutioning


Maintain and fine-tune a high degree of product queries and adhere to all service management principles



What you'll bring:



Skilled professional product or service delivery portfolio


Experience with Azure Active Directory and/or administrating M365 products


5 years in supporting a medium or large enterprise environment technology and collaboration platforms


Experience in handling large scale rollouts and product transitions


Flexible, customer-focused, strong work ethic and enthusiastic to learn new skills


Experience partnering with 3rd party product providers


Experience with mergers and acquisitions

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 years'experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.
