Ledgent Finance & Accounting has a great opportunity for a Direct Hire Property Accountant in Houston. This position is located in in Downtown Houston and will work 100% in office. Candidates must have 1-2+ years experience of full cycle accounting and must have a bachelors degree in Accounting.


Job Description:
* General Ledger
* Cash management
* Journal entries
* Financial statement preparation and analysis
* Bank reconciliations
* Accounts Payables
* Assist with Audit


Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting


• 1-2 years experience (multi family property management experience preferred)


• Strong Excel


• QuickBooks experience

Salary - $65-75K depending on experience
