In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cross-functional department operations including, presenting key information to internal and external stakeholders, and drive team development to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction levels
Compile and present reports, trends, and insights to both internal teams and external clients
Provide oversight to customer service operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering team growth and development
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in management roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software systems
Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
Additional Information:
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Direct Hire position with comprehensive benefits package
