Job Description:

Position Overview

Titan Lansing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons, is a logistics, and transloading company with bulk commodity rail and storage facilities in NM, TX & AZ. Titan Lansing wholesales and distributes fuel, sand, and other bulk commodities supporting the transportation and the oil and gas industry. This position is responsible for assigning, monitoring, adjusting, and controlling daily activities associated with transloading operations and product loading. This position is accountable for managing the daily activities of a terminal including operations, staffing, maintenance, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily safe operations, maintenance, and general facility upkeep to expected standards.


• Select, train, develop, and evaluate performance of all employees.


• Responsible for facility logistics including inventory, logistics, demurrage management, and forecasting.


• Develop, maintain new and existing vendor and contractor relationships while providing excellent customer service.


• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in safety, quality, inventory, and production through established processes and ensure reporting is completed in a timely manner.


• Lead the facility safety programs including safety meetings, and safety training.

• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operations challenges

• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required


• 5-7 years' relevant experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions, extremes in temperature and hazards associated with equipment operations and material handling. This position requires heavy (51lb - 100lbs) lifting, pushing, and pulling frequently. This position also requires employees to stand, walk, reach overhead, squat or kneel, bend and grasp frequently.
