Assists the Warehouse Manager to plan, organize and supervise daily Warehouse activities

Essential Functions:

• Supervise the shipping process


• Perform training sessions for new employee or for existing employee.


• Verify daily receiving activities and validate the correctness of the transactions performed by the clerks


• Lead and supervise the production staging process. Verify the accuracy of the items issued


• Ensure all activities are performed as per SOPs and in GMP compliance


• Perform cycle counts


• Ensure all the received mail is delivered to the required parties


• Perform daily walk-through verifications of the Warehouse and address any problems immediately

Education:

• Associate Degree - Required

Experience:

• 5 years or more in Warehouse leading experience, Pharma preferred

Skills:

• Computer skilled, Excel, Powerpoint, - Advanced

Licenses:

• HiLo Certification-1 Year-Preferred
