Job Description:

Pulmonx is excited to offer a 6-month Accounting Internship position for aspiring students in the San Francisco Bay Area! As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work along side our Accounting/Finance Team on impactful projects, collaborate with professionals across our organization, and gain valuable experience in a fast-growing medical device company.

During this internship you will get to:

• Support and manage invoice processing (match invoices, PO's and packing lists).


• Learn our Accounting system (entering invoices, reconciliations).


• Assist in preparation of check-runs.


• Resolution of outstanding AP/ and A/R issues.


• Expense reports and credit card reconciliations.


• Maintenance of accounting files.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Prior experience or coursework in Accounting/Finance related areas is a plus, but not required.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work on-site at our offices in Redwood City

Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.

Compensation: $20-22 hour DOE

Location: On-site
