Job Description:

Summary of Duties:



  • Link finance and operational tools

  • RTP / In-Touch Super User

  • Coordinate All Operational Storage Hardware Use & Maintenance w/ IT

  • SAP Super User

  • Coordinate All Temporary Labor Administrative Tasks and Associated Hardware

  • Develop Technical Trainings

  • Develop Digital Tools for Operational Use

  • Create, Track and Display KPI Reports as Required

  • Continually Improve Operational Data Management

  • Assist Other Departments as required

  • All other data management or development tasks as assigned


Requirements:



  • Preferred Business or Computer Science Associates Degree

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Trade/Technical School, or equivalent actual experience

  • Strong understanding and application of root cause analysis

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities

  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and DMAIC approach to continuous improvement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Proficient in Smart Sheet

  • Proficient in Power BI Business Analytics Software

  • Proficient in SharePoint

  • Proficient in Sketch-Up

  • Proficient in Visio

  • Knowledgeable of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP

  • Ability to read, write and speak well in English (Spanish a plus) and possess analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand and execute instructions through strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Must be available for periodic in-town and long distance travel
