About the Role

As the Engineering Manager for Quality & Release, you'll be at the helm of ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Leading a team of software & quality engineers, you'll spearhead initiatives to improve quality and scalability across our product line.

Your role will extend beyond just setting quality standards; you'll also be responsible for driving the development, operation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our release processes and ensuring continuous delivery of new features.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering scalable SaaS solutions




• 5+ years of experience in a CI/CD environment




• 3+ years building and managing high performing engineering teams as well as hiring top class engineers




• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant experience

Other Qualifications

• You care deeply about culture and foster collaborative, inclusive teams in which people are empowered to do their best work




• Experience defining and implementing a cross-team quality strategy.




• Delivered software in a SaaS environment and at scale and understand the tradeoffs between new innovation projects and projects running at scale




• Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external partners, stakeholders and customers




• Excellent knowledge of distributed systems design and best practices




• Experience with agile development methodologies

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD

Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $122,400 - $183,600 CAD
