NMDP BioTherapies is an emerging vendor in the biotech marketplace, with a near-term focus on cell and gene therapy. We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager -who can work in close coordination with our sales team-to strategically position us across the client acquisition journey.
From awareness to engagement, conversion to remarketing, this person will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that promote our unique value proposition and product portfolio. The Senior Marketer must be a channel expert and strong influencer who can facilitate alignment, effectively articulate goals and metrics, and collaborate across a matrixed organization.

They'll also be guiding the work of internal and outside vendors-and facilitating how we show up in key markets and moments that drive revenue.
This candidate will benefit from an existing marketing infrastructure and campaigns that have positioned this emerging vendor for its next stage of growth.
An ideal candidate would have over 7 years' experience in life sciences and marketing, with specific experience in immunology, drug development, laboratory assays, stem cell research, and cell and gene therapy with both hands-on experience in a lab as well as in marketing. You will be highly motivated by the mission of the NMDP, which is to save lives through cellular therapy, and by the potential to help researchers accelerate their life-saving research and bring new therapies to market for diseases that previously may not have had a cure. This candidate will be skilled in strategic marketing planning, project management, content management, content writing, sales training and support, ROI reporting, lead generation, event organization and marketing, and innovative approaches to advertising and promotion.
