Anthology's Corporate IT Depot provides computer hardware allocation and shipping to our employees across North America. They are focused on efficient operations of ordering, packaging, shipping, and handling logistics in a timely and organized manner throughout the year with two very busy r ush seasons. The team lead works with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, and other internal business groups to drive initiatives and ensure hardware needs are met. As IT Hardware Depot Lead, you will be primarily focused on leading the team as well as managing asset inventory of up to 2,000 laptops, monitors, and peripherals in inventory at times. You'll need to be highly motivated, process driven, organized, and customer focused.

Primary responsibilities will include:


  • Plan ning and oversee ing inbound and outbound logistics, including on-site IT inventory management and packaging of IT end user equipment

  • Coordinati ng shipping to and from the Boca office

  • Contribut ing to and supervis ing the day-to-day activities of the IT Hardware depot and employees

  • Ordering, tracking, imaging, packaging, and shipping hardware for end users

  • Constant ly coordinati ng and communicati ng with stakeholders of upcoming hardware requirements across North America

  • Analy zing and prepar ing for upcoming hardware requirements

  • Reviewing support tickets and other data to determine depth and breadth of troubleshooting

  • Performing q uality a ssurance of outbound shipments

  • Inspecti ng and performing inventory management of shipments received

  • Spot ting and understand ing root cause of problems and execut ing countermeasures

  • Develop ing and implement ing lean initiatives to guarantee continuous improvement in processes

  • Owning employee compliance to company policies and production procedure s

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:


  • Good teamwork and leadership skills

  • Ability to fully carry out instructions

  • Ability to multitask

  • Good knowledge of record keeping

  • Familiarity with desktop computer troubleshooting skills; ability to solve problems and determine root cause of issues

  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds

  • Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment

  • Effective handling of multiple critical client support situations and ability to effectively communicate with senior management

  • Strong a ttention to detail

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Ability to manage stress appropriately

Preferred skills/qualifications:


  • Experience in leading a team in a warehouse/assembly environment

  • Microsoft Certified, or other technical certification

  • Associate's degree in MIS/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Pay Range is $39,000 - $61,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
