Job Description:

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the new product development & commercialization process and enhancing existing processes efficiency. This role requires strong cross functional leadership abilities, strategic thinking and business acumen, solid project management skills to drive new product commercialization, and a proven track record in B2B value pricing management.

Essential Functions:


  • Lead the end-to-end product development and commercialization process, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and align with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Product Line Manager, Tech Service, Supply Chain, Operation, and Finance, to drive product development initiatives forward. Manage cross functional team to ensure high quality deliverables for each gate, and be well prepared for gate review to drive effective and efficient decision making.

  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to collect voice of customers, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to iterate on product CTQs, prioritize features, and define product specification to address customer unmet needs. Pressure test business case with sales & marketing team to align with business strategy.

  • Oversee pricing strategy and execution for B2B products, understanding value in use, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability targets are met.

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue generation.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation for each gate review.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful new product delivery that meets quality standards, and timeline.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on new product development and B2B pricing management.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.

  • Excellent project management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
