Position: Municipal Accounts Manager II
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week - Some level of overtime will be required

Note: The Municipal Accounts Manager is not a sales position. The role is heavily weighted in bids and contract preparation through to submission. Coordination across multiple departments to meet project deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Bid review of formal RFQ documents including terms and conditions, insurance requirements and scope of work.
• Preparation of proposal and submittal packages, addenda, certifications, bonds, and signatures.
• Review of bid tracking service for bid announcements and qualified leads.
• Contract management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough bid analytics for pricing strategy and effective follow-up.
• Territory project estimation and management including cost estimates, SAP order entry, project follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferred
• 0-2 years contract/sales order or public bid management is required
• 2-3 years various computer applications: Lotus Notes, Excel, SAP, and Web applications is required
• 2-3 years bid, contract, and project management (preferably in GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) business area) is required
• Municipal applications are preferred
• SAP experience is preferred
