Beacon Hill Financial is recruiting for a contract to hire Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the South County area. This role is paying between $25-$27/hr based on experience. Job Duties
Scan, Match, Batch and Code Invoices
Communicate with Vendors
Very Data and Reconcilliation Heavy
Utilizes Sage 100 for ERP system
Will process the corporate AP (rent, utilities, etc) and the operational AP (parts)
Point of Entry for Invoices is from Parts Managers - they are then carried into their invoice portal, from there the AP person has to have a keen eye to make sure things are coded to the proper vendor/codes otherwise there is a long process to correct this.
