Herman Construction Group, Inc. (HCG) is currently experiencing growth and is in search of a skilled Superintendent to join our team at Ft. Gordon, GA. As a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH), we are dedicated to providing exceptional leadership and coordination to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Job Duties:
Complete ownership of the schedule and subcontractor management, progress reviews with the owner, billing percentage reviews with the owner, coordinating with the site safety and quality control managers, site access for subcontractors, daily reports, building and maintaining the project schedule, RFIs, inspections, hazard identification, review plans and specifications, compliance, and other duties as necessary.


Project Scope of Work:
Complete roof replacement including lightning protection and minor electrical/mechanical work.


Minimum Required Certifications/Education:
10 yrs experience in construction, experience managing Government projects, experience with RMS, proficient with word, excel, PDF, experience with Procore, can pass a background check, familiar with P6 or Microsoft Projects scheduling tools.

Salary:

$125,000 - $135,000 DOE
