The Kronos Solution Specialist is responsible for working with peers and business units to design, maintain, support and enhance the GLOBE Kronos application. The scope of this support will include understanding user requirements and ensuring that all business rules are applied accurately. It will also include the integration with SAP and other third party systems. The position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various WIM (workforce integration manager) interfaces. When changes to the system are necessary, the position will be responsible for documenting the requirements and monitoring the configuration through the entire life cycle.
Project Details:
Provide production, technical and business systems support by utilizing Kronos Workforce Central Products
Conduct business rule analysis by collaborating with business users, and colleagues to design, develop (including functional/technical specifications), test, and implement functionality using various Kronos configuration tools
Document all business rules within Kronos modules
Configure Kronos for Time, Accruals, Attendance, Leave and Scheduling
Understand and configure interfaces using workforce integration manager (WIM)
Ensure appropriate communications, process and documentation are provided
Provide technical assistance to customers, collaborate with appropriate teams to implement and test system fixes or changes
Analyze system issues and regularly monitors, update and close service tickets within appropriate time frame
Technical consultant throughout the life cycle of assigned applications
Provide knowledge transfer for customers
Create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
Serve as a technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts in testing of system changes, report writing/preparation and setup/maintenance of the system
Write technical/functional specifications documenting the resolution and collaborate with appropriate technical teams to implement resolution
Job Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of 5 years IT experience in a timekeeping and payroll area including: Kronos, benefits, leave accruals, compensation, recruiting, and analytical reporting.
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of common technologies of TFS, SQL, relational databases, networking, web technologies, and data conversion techniques
Experience working with Microsoft reporting services.
Previous Kronos, or similar time and attendance system experience required
Previous experience with ADP and PeopleSoft HR a plus

Hourly Rate: 59.5-77
