Job Title: Analytics Consultant


Company Overview: CLIENT is a leading financial institution committed to excellence in data analytics and customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to join our Data Analytical Quality Control (DAQC) team within Customer Excellence Data Analytics (CEDA). As part of the first line of defense, you will play a critical role in remediation efforts at Wells Fargo.


Responsibilities:

Code Validation and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the analytics team to validate code and strategy for customer remediation.


• Utilize SAS and SQL skills to review and fine-tune code.


• Conduct credibility challenges to ensure accuracy.

Partnerships and Communication:

• Create strong partnerships with remediation teams.


• Gather information through effective communication.


• Run meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.

Quality Control and Process Improvement:

• Apply quality control principles to identify gaps and areas for improvement.


• Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and systems.


• Exercise judgment and decision-making within established guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience utilizing SAS for coding.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Experience with SQL is required.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Successful Background Combinations:

Business Analysts with SAS coding experience.

Data Analytics professionals.

Reporting Analysts with analysis and summarization skills.
