Description: We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in the Dallas, TX area! Please see details below:



Schedule: Days (32+ hours/week)



Contract: 13 weeks



Practice Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.


• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.


• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.


• Valid PT license in the state of Texas
