Description: Our client is currently seeking a DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION
10+ Years of experience of full cycle recruiting
5+ Years if of people management experience (Coaching, Mentoring)
OFCCP compliance experience
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for numerous and varying business functions nationwide. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and develop and execute talent acquisition strategy, elevating the employer brand and ensuring delivery of a world-class candidate experience.
Manage and execute all aspects of the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources team
Lead a team of recruiting professionals to accomplish company hiring goals and metrics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate staffing needs and ensure high quality and diverse candidates are identified in a timely manner, meeting the evolving hiring needs of each business line
Ensure ongoing, clear, and supportive communication with hiring managers at all levels, providing strategic recommendations and feedback to support staffing needs and meet recruiting objectives
Explore best practices in mass recruitment and utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies to attract high quality active and passive candidates
Develop, recommend, and implement strategic initiatives using marketing, social media, third-party and internal platforms to expand recruiting pools for more diverse candidates
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for intern, associate, and outreach recruiting programs
Serve as an internal consultant by training recruiters and coaching hiring managers on best practices to ensure delivery of a consistently exceptional candidate experience
