Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a first shift Maintenance Superintendent in Cincinnati, Ohio area! The qualified candidate will be responsible for handling all maintenance and assigned projects within the plant.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively
Ensure all subordinates and following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC and FDA guidelines
Direct mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills
Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work
Assign and direct all PPM work orders
Review and make adjustments to all planned job packages
Ensure safe work practices are followed
Oversee skills training and development of employees
Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily
Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedback
Requirements:
5-10 years technical experience in the food industry
Bachelor's degree required, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering preferred
Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills
