Primary Purpose:
Join our team responsible for comprehensive network support across our entire computing environment.
Manage hardware procurement, deployment, and system support.
Lead project management efforts for deployment and rehab projects.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure.
Be part of our IT shared services team supporting a portfolio of privately held companies.
Essential Functions and Requirements:
Cisco Support: Provide expert support for existing Cisco infrastructure deployments.
Network Design: Lead the design of our network layout across the organization.
IOS Management: Monitor IOS versions and schedule updates as needed.
Configuration Templates: Design, test, and deploy Cisco configuration templates.
Process Documentation: Keep process documentation up-to-date.
Best Practices: Follow industry standards to enhance network resiliency and performance.
Configuration Monitoring: Document and monitor various aspects of Cisco infrastructure.
Ticket Resolution: Assist in resolving escalated technical tickets.
Tier 3 Support: Provide network troubleshooting and support
Qualifications:
