What We'll Love About You

• 3+ years of experience in a similar type product/business analyst role
• Ticket workflow experience between client success, product, engineering and other departments
• Experience working with issue triage frameworks and ticket escalations
• Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team
• Able to simultaneously execute on a product plan while completely re-imagining the vision for that product
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Developing user stories
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
