Job Description:
What We'll Love About You
- 3+ years of experience in a similar type product/business analyst role
- Ticket workflow experience between client success, product, engineering and other departments
- Experience working with issue triage frameworks and ticket escalations
- Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team
- Able to simultaneously execute on a product plan while completely re-imagining the vision for that product
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
