Position: Senior Software Engineer



Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086



Duties: Analyze design documents and participate in the meeting with product team to discuss workflow details of the requirement. Develop client sided application from scratch using prior industry experience and work with engineers from server side for integration of each business functionalities. Use hands-on experience to optimize and refactor product code to improve product experience and maintainability. Analyze and fix defects of data payload by manipulating relational databases and making data processing logical changes from server-side codebase. Develop unit tests and coverage report to maintain code stability. Maintain existing application including troubleshooting and fixing bugs reported from QA teams, and discussion and implementation of feature changes or new feature additions from product teams. Provide guidance to the QA engineers regarding test plans and steps to debug. Work in an Agile project environment including participation in daily standup meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning, as well as scheduled production environment deployment.



Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.



Skills required: Experience developing user interface in client-sided application using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience extracting and developing reusable page components and workflow using ReactJS. Experience handling mock page routing and user access data from client side using NodeJS and ExpressJS. Experience developing client-sided unit tests using Jest and React Testing library. Experience fixing data access object for RESTful service using Java. Experience implementing CRUD operation and relational database mapping using JPA and Hibernate. Experience writing SQL statements to manipulate and query existing database. Experience fixing existing unit tests in server-sided application using JUnit and Mockito. Experience managing different deployment stage branches and handling version controls using GIT. Experience utilizing Jira for managing tasks splits and progresses and utilizing Confluence for reviewing and editing design documents. Experience working in an Agile environment. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.




Salary Range: $150,762/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
