JOB TITLE: Sr. Product Management & Development Manager

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Define product roadmap for the salesforce service cloud implementation for all of the company's contact centers. Manage features that are released into the production environment. Work with business stakeholders to define, refine and groom requirements. Work with IT scrum teams to define an architectural solution for requirements. Brainstorm solutioning ideas to satisfy business needs as well as accounting for platform constraints. Write test cases for feature development testing. Plan and execute feature testing for User Acceptance Testing as well as User Experience testing cycles. Conduct joint application development sessions with dependent and external teams. Drive alignment to the company's cross-channel vision and strategy, supporting Channel KPIs and delivering the highest value capabilities and feature sets. Work with portfolio and delivery teams to create the enablement strategy roadmap, identify minimal viable product that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery Scrum team. Serve as a leader to drive the business thru transformational implementations. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Work effectively with the technical and development team and help them understand the needs of the business user communities. Manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Complete software development and translate details to business user communities. Use strong analytical skills to convert consumer insights and to transfer performance data into high impact product initiative. Complete product roadmap assessment and planning. Drive and gather business requirements, assessments, planning, and enablement. Work with both business and technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Operations Research, Applied Statistics and Data Science, or Information Systems and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle; completing software development and translating details to business user communities; using strong analytical skills to convert consumer insights and to transfer performance data into high impact product initiative; completing product roadmap assessment and planning; driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, planning, and enablement; and working with both business and technical teams.

Our Sr. Product Management & Development Managers earn between $130,500 - $190,900 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
