Responsibilities
Basic PurposeResponsible for functional application maintenance, analyzing and resolving application/system issues, recommending and implementing corrective and enhancement modifications to accommodate customer and business requirements and providing expertise to other departmental personnel and users. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads complex application environment and system changes. Analyzes complex application issues providing recommended solutions/system changes with detailed written documentation. Accountable for product test and final sign-off of system changes. Creates, revises and executes test plans of medium to high complexity and identifies cross functional impacts. Reviews test plans prepared by others. Provides technical leadership to staff. Performs day-to-day architectural design and support of a specific application or family of related applications working closely with technical analysts. Communicates proposed changes/solutions with user group management to determine the extent to which corrections or enhancements can be implemented and their effect on current processes and procedure. Provides daily application support including, but not limited to, accuracy of system data, parameter table maintenance, parameter table design, implementation of new parameters/tables, daily production processes, daily production controls, security table access, system workflow and communication regarding application/system problems and changes to all end-users. Performs application data queries to troubleshoot system problems or to provide user requested reports. Audits promptness and efficiency of application-related activities and recommends process improvements. Coordinates application release planning strategy for corrective and enhancement system changes. Provides technical input to assist in development of project planning. Manages various systems projects of a highly complex nature with responsibility for identifying appropriate resources and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project. Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company. Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in business or computer science or related field and five years of work experience in a given functional/technical area. Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 9 years of related work experience. Specialized Knowledge and SkillsDemonstrated knowledge of:
Microsoft Office, Windows operating environment, relational database environments and specialized analysis, design and testing tools.
Multifunctional knowledge in a given application/functional area.
Demonstrated skill such as:
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and customer relationship skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $87,600 (Min) to $103,100 (Mid); Up to 12% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
