JOB SUMMARY

Performs duties ensuring smooth functioning office services AFEs, payments, vendor relations and oversee monthly income and outgoing payments. Responsibilities encompass a variety of administrative tasks, customer service duties and planning & forecasting.   



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Prepare calculations for Lease AFE’s

  • Proficient with Excel

  • Facilitate lease payments

  • Extend leases on a timely manner

  • Setup recurring lease payments

  • Update Database daily

  • Assist in disposition and acquisition of property

  • Pay monthly rent and utility invoices

  • Work with utilities companies for set-up/disconnect

  • Prepare quarterly report

  • Oversee monthly income

  • Negotiate rates and review contracts

  • Set-up New Vendors

  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS


  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, marketing or equivalent work experience

  • 0-5 years experience in related business financial, accounting & vendor relations

  • Computer proficiency in current versions of Windows, MS Office

  • Prior office experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Real estate license preferred

  • Must be able to work as part of a team.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS


  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended amounts of time.
