Senior Business Systems Analyst

CALIBRE Systems, an employee-owned company, is looking to hire a talented Senior Business Analyst to support our Army client. This person will be responsible for understanding systems scope and objectives based on user needs, understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. They will be performing analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting Application Development requirements
• Analyze business requirements to identify solutions for stakeholders
• Maintain the application Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Develop and maintain application training documentation
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Ability to and experience with User Acceptance Testing and assist in regression testing tasks
• Highly organized
• Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft O365 applications for business analysis
• Update system user manual prior to system release
• Able to work independently and with team members and customers
• Experience using Visual Studio, Azure Devops, or similar tools to track requirements, bugs, and change requests

• Masters Degree AND 10 years experience
• Bachelors Degree AND 12 years experience
• SDLC
• ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
