CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company is looking for a qualified individual to join our team supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). As a Program Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of TSA Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide administrative and analytical support, contribute to project planning and execution, and assist in the development and implementation of program strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently under the general guidance and leadership of more senior staff • Contribute ideas to address mission requirements, contributes to project management plans and works to adhere to project schedules • Engage in the performance of quality assurance reviews of deliverable or work product developed by peers and other program levels • Provide administrative support to program managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation • Assist in orchestrating training events, automation support, and student registrations through TSA iShare as required. • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets • Track project progress and milestones, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend solutions to ensure timely delivery • Conduct research and analysis to support program objectives and initiatives • Prepare reports, deliverables, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency • Support cross-functional teams in the execution of program activities, including coordination of resources and communication efforts


Required:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 4 years of experience • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Continuous process improvement (CPI) experience is preferred • Prior work at Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is preferred • Must be able to receive a Public Trust Clearance
