What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will work as a Lead Business Analyst throughout the SDLC
Organize requirements in ADO to support development; create functional design mock-ups using tools such as Balsamiq
Schedule and coordinate all testing activities including system, user acceptance, performance, and production verification
Elicitation of Requirements: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements
Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents, ensuring that the documented processes align with the project objectives and IT capabilities
Process Mapping: Document existing business processes and propose enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Requirements Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, managing and communicating business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Analysis and Solution Assessment: Analyze business problems and work collaboratively with the technical team to evaluate solution options that address business needs
Leadership: Guide and mentor junior business analysts on the team, promoting best practices in business analysis and process improvement
What You'll Need
Required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis role
Proven track record of successful requirement elicitation, documentation, and management
Strong understanding of business process mapping and re-engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
Familiarity with industry-standard Business Analysis methodologies and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
