Our Financial Reporting Manager serves as a key member of the Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing external and internal financial reporting processes. The position handles a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, supporting the month-end close, reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and other research and analysis for the company.

Job Highlights:

  • Manage and complete the filing process of SEC Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other filings as necessary.
    • Prepare and/or review financial statements and related disclosures. o Coordinate the review of the 10-Q and 10-K filings with management, team members, and external auditors.
    • Maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
  • Manage the monthly internal financial reporting process.
    • Analyze corporate and operational results, working cross-functionally to understand business drivers.
    • Prepare and distribute reports to various stakeholders, including executive management and the board of directors.
  • Lead the preparation of the financial forecasts and budgets, including coordinating the annual budget process.
  • Support the month-end closing process, review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects and process documentation, responsible for SOX control compliance throughout the financial reporting process.
  • Perform financial reporting, research, and analysis, as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation is preferred or intent to obtain a certificate.
  • Minimum four (4) to six (6) years of increasingly responsibilities of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or relevant experience
  • One (1) year of Public Accounting experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with SEC filing and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Must have a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, and maintaining high standards of integrity.
